“Three years ago today, Hamas terrorists unleashed unspeakable evil on the people of Israel. Innocent men, women, and children were brutally murdered, raped, tortured, and taken hostage in the deadliest day for the Jewish people since the Holocaust. We must never forget the horrors of that day or allow anything like it to ever happen again.

WASHINGTON, DC — Today, Congressman Mark Harris (NC-08) sent a letter to Women’s National Basketball Association (WNBA) Commissioner Cathy Engelbert urging the league to define women as biological females under its Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) and establish biological sex as the basis for eligibility in women’s basketball.
